America's Best Home Recipes #1 Choice for Fourth of July 2022!

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. - Californer -- This is the 81st Anniversary since we have been celebrating Independence Day in America, and 246 years since declaring our independence from England. Isn't it time for an American version of Fish and Chips? Chef Mick befriended thousands of seafood aficionados from around the world through a viral thread on Quora on "Why do fish and chips in the US taste different to the UK". In the article he also references a visit to Gordan Ramsay's Fish and Chips outlet in Las Vegas.

What fish is more American than Catfish? None. Instead of deep fat frying, Chef Mick does his recipe on a common Air Fryer. Yes, while decluttering his house, he ran into that thing he bought on sale during the big air frying frenzy. Now it's time for everyone to get their's out of the garage and try this recipe. No new-fangled air fry contraption thing at your home?  No worries. This recipe can also be done in the Oven, Stovetop or yes, Deep Fryer. Even if cooked on the Grill, you can still call it American Fish and Chips. Check at the end for recipes to make Vegan and Vegetarian friends feel welcome at the gathering.
