Lennar Grand Opens Three New Communities and 10 Model Homes this Saturday in Woodland

WOODLAND, Calif. - Californer -- Lennar, the nation's largest homebuilder, invites prospective homebuyers and the public to attend the Grand Opening of Summerstone, Magnolia and Sunflower at Spring Lake today, August 17 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Attendees will enjoy complimentary food, refreshments, fun activities for the little ones such as appearances by Spider Hero and the Ice Sisters along with the first opportunity to tour the model homes from the three new neighborhoods.

Summerstone at Spring Lake offers five distinctive floorplans to choose from in both single and two-story layouts. Sizes range from approximately 1,945 to 3,512 square feet of living space with three to five bedrooms and two to four and one-half bathrooms.

Magnolia at Spring Lake presents four distinctive home designs for home shoppers to choose from with both single-story and two-story available. Sizes range from approximately 2,618 to 3,023 square feet featuring three to four bedrooms and two and one-half to three and one-half bathrooms.
