~ SACRAMENTO - On June 18, 2024, Governor Gavin Newsom announced several new appointments to key positions in the state government. These appointments were made to various departments and boards, with the aim of ensuring efficient and effective governance for the people of California.

Clifford Waldeck, from Mill Valley, has been appointed to the Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists.
