MIAMI, May 29, 2025 ~ Renowned premium rum brand, Flor de Caña, and #2 World's Most Influential Bartender, Danil Nevsky, have joined forces to launch a high-profile sustainable guest bartending tour across the country. This exciting initiative aims to celebrate cocktail innovation and environmental responsibility.

The tour kicked off in Los Angeles, followed by stops in Austin and Miami. Guests at these exclusive events had the opportunity to savor innovative and delicious sustainability-driven cocktails crafted by Danil Nevsky himself. Adding even more star power to the tour, Kate Gerwin of the acclaimed Drinks Masters made a special appearance in Austin.

But this tour is not just about enjoying tasty drinks. Attendees were also introduced to the Sustainable Cocktail Challenge, a global competition organized by Flor de Caña in partnership with Chilled Magazine. Now in its 5th edition, this year's challenge celebrates the brand's 135th anniversary and invites bartenders and cocktail enthusiasts worldwide to put a modern, eco-conscious twist on classic cocktails from the Golden Age (1806-1919). The grand prize for this competition is an impressive US$10,000 and an unforgettable "Road to Las Isletas" trip to Nicaragua - the lush and volcanic homeland of Flor de Caña Rum.
