NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. - Californer -- Jeremy Foti, a Newport Beach life coach, trainer and motivational speaker, works with individuals and groups who want to get clearer about their goals and more consistent about reaching them. His approach is simple and practical: figure out what matters, break it into steps and keep showing up.

Foti says most people don't need a dramatic overhaul. They need a plan they can actually stick with and someone in their corner while they work it.

"People usually already know what they want to change," said Jeremy Foti. "What helps is slowing down, picking the next right step and having someone check in on whether it happened."

Foti coaches business and sales professionals, including real estate agents, on the practical work of building a business. He helps clients write business plans and pro formas, hire and train good people, expand into new markets and add solid, dependable revenue streams. He works with clients privately and one-on-one, in person in Orange County or over Zoom.

Much of what Foti teaches comes from everyday experience rather than theory. As a travel baseball coach in Newport Beach, he has seen how young players grow when expectations are clear and encouragement is steady. As the host of his family's vacation home in La Quinta, California, he has learned how much small, consistent details shape the way people feel. He brings those same lessons to the adults he coaches.
