Since 2018, Nurse Clayton has advocated for this need by developing programs and other vehicles for success to help support those interested in the nursing profession and reaching higher education within the nursing platform.

States Clayton: "Many students are not able to get into nursing programs readily, and some feel that becoming a nurse is impossible, yet the nursing community falls short for enthusiastic educators.
