Right Cars today confirmed the appointment of Alison Lee as Global Customer Service Director as the company strengthens its management team in preparation of 2020 expansion within the car rental and mobility industry.
CANARY WHARF, U.K. - Californer -- Mr Little, Co-founder & Company Chairman made the following statement
"We are pleased that today we can confirm the appointment of Alison Lee as our Global Customer Service Director. Alison has many years of experience within the car rental industry, having worked previously at DTAG (Dollar Thrifty), and more recently at Bluebird, her knowledge of customer service is exceptional, along with her ability to take ownership of an issue and run with it to resolution.
The directors of Right Cars have set the bar very high in where they want the level of customer service to be. I am confident that the one person who can ensure the company hits the target level, is Alison, and along with the recently appointed Tarminder Singh as Global Supplier Relations Director the company has a strong experienced team to achieve the high levels of customer service we want for our customers.
