Alison has many years of experience within the car rental industry, having worked previously at DTAG (Dollar Thrifty), and more recently at Bluebird, her knowledge of customer service is exceptional, along with her ability to take ownership of an issue and run with it to resolution.

The directors of Right Cars have set the bar very high in where they want the level of customer service to be.
