SAN JOSE, Calif. - Californer -- Thai Soul Kitchen, located at 6471 Almaden Expy #75, is proudly celebrating its second anniversary this month, marking two years of serving authentic Thai flavors to the Almaden Valley community. Since opening its doors, the restaurant has built a strong and loyal following — diners who appreciate both the intimate, welcoming atmosphere and the option for quick, delicious take-out made with care.
Owner Greg Martin credits the restaurant's success to the people of San Jose who embraced Thai Soul Kitchen from day one and a talented culinary staff.
"Our customers are the heart of everything we do," said Martin. "We've grown because families, neighbors, and local businesses continue to show up, share a meal, and support us. Whether someone joins us for an intimate dinner or picks up their favorite take-out dish on a busy night, our staff works hard to make sure each and every guest returns for a second visit."

Thai Soul Kitchen is known for its authentic dishes, fresh ingredients, and vegetarian options made without animal products or MSG. From classics like Pad Thai and Panang Curry to fan favorites such as Mango Sticky Rice, the restaurant has earned a reputation for unforgettable flavors and warm hospitality.
A Community-Minded Restaurant
As part of its commitment to giving back, Thai Soul Kitchen recently hosted a successful October 21 fundraising day benefiting the Avery Burton Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to mental health awareness and educational outreach. Partial proceeds from lunch and dinner on that day supported ABF's programs focused on reducing stigma and empowering families and students.
"We believe food brings people together, and community support works the same way," said Martin. "Supporting mental health initiatives like the Avery Burton Foundation is one small way we try to give back to a community that has given us so much."
