The new shareholders of the Bookingclik Network today announced, as part of a major restructure, that Alex Zinghai has resigned his position and a new Managing Director has been appointed.

The new shareholders of the Bookingclik Network today announced, as part of a major restructure, that Alex Zinghai has resigned his position and a new Managing Director has been appointed.

Due to the pandemic the planned rollout of the Bookingclik Network has been delayed; phase one of the business, carrentalclik, was previously released. We would like to thank Alex for all his efforts in launching carrentalclik and wish him all the best for the future.
Moving forwards the new shareholders are determined to bring bookingclik to the market quickly. It is with great pleasure that today we can announce that Paul Hayes, former Senior Account Manager for Expedia Group, has been appointed as the new Managing Director of Bookingclik Ltd.

Paul Hayes is well known in the travel industry, especially in the car rental sector. Over the next few months Mr Hayes will be reaching out to car rental companies to collaborate on providing content to the car rental product of the Bookingclik Network, as well as delivering an amazing selection of discount hotels and flights.

The shareholders look forward to supporting Paul as he commences this incredibly challenging task.

Paul made the following statement.
"Being aware of the Bookingclik Network and watching the launch of carrentalclik, I was happy to be approached by the shareholders. After hearing their vision for the business, I knew I had the opportunity to work together to build for success. Shaping a new travel network will be a challenge, and those that know me know that I fight to succeed when challenged. I would like to thank the shareholders for having the confidence in me to deliver this new travel network, and I am also looking forward to working with many old friends."
