TicTac Group acquires French EdTech company Distrisoft

ANGERS, France - Californer -- TicTac Learn, one of Europe's fastest‑growing leaders in digital learning solutions and the world's largest global Articulate partner, today announced the acquisition of Distrisoft, a well‑established French learning technology and software value added reseller within Learning. This strategic acquisition marks TicTac's expansion into France and reinforces its position as the European champion in learning technology, enabling organizations across the continent to access a unified ecosystem of platforms, content, and services. The acquisition grows TicTac revenues with more than 30% expected to exceed SEK 500m in revenues in 2026.

The acquisition of Distrisoft strengthens TicTac's long-term strategy to consolidate the digital learning market across Europe. Distrisoft's strong brand, longstanding client relationships, and deep knowledge of the French market complement TicTac's existing operations in the Nordics and the DACH region. Together with Distrisoft the Group now serves more than 6,000 blue chip corporate customers with leading software within learning and provides sales, support & training across across 7 countries in Northern Europe.
