LONG BEACH, Calif., July 29, 2024 ~ Los Angeles, CA - WattEV, the nation's leading provider of zero-emission transport services and facilities, has announced the launch of their new campaign "Brands That Care." This initiative is in partnership with prominent brands from MGA Entertainment Inc., a globally recognized toy and entertainment company.
MGA Entertainment is known for its commitment to creativity, quality, and innovation. With headquarters in Los Angeles, the company produces a wide range of consumer products including toys, games, dolls, apparel, consumer electronics, and home décor.
As part of the "Brands That Care" campaign, WattEV will be the exclusive zero-emission freight transporter for MGA's products imported through the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach. Since opening their Port of Long Beach facility in July 2023, WattEV has transported over 2,500 containers to MGA's distribution center in Hesperia, CA. This has resulted in over 500,000 miles of zero-emission drayage delivery and a reduction of 1,200 tons of CO2 emissions.

At the recent ACT Expo industry conference and trade show, WattEV announced their fleet expansion to 180 trucks. This growth will allow them to continue supporting leading brands committed to sustainability by utilizing their growing fleet of zero-emission trucks.
"We're proud to start our campaign with MGA brands supporting their commitment to clean air and an emission-free environment," said Luke Simendinger, Vice President of Operations at WattEV.
MGA Entertainment's portfolio includes popular brands such as L.O.L. Surprise!, Miniverse™ and Little Tikes®, as well as award-winning brands like Rainbow High™, Bratz®, Fluffie Stuffiez™, Yummiland™, GrossMos!™ Pixel Petz™ BABY born®, and Zapf Creation®.
Isaac Larian, Founder and CEO of MGA Entertainment expressed his excitement about partnering with WattEV as their exclusive zero-emission freight transporter in California.
