BEAUMONT, Calif. - Californer -- Cherry Valley, CA – 123 Farm is delighted to announce A Tuscan Evening with Chef Cesare Casella, a one-night-only dining event on Saturday, September 27, 2025. Guests will enjoy an elegant outdoor dinner overlooking lavender fields, featuring seasonal Tuscan flavors paired with world-class wines. Admission to 123 Farm's Lavender Nights and parking are included.
Chef Cesare Casella, celebrated for his Michelin-starred restaurants in Italy and acclaimed dining ventures in New York, is recognized as one of Tuscany's most respected culinary voices. For this event, he brings authentic Tuscan traditions to California, crafting a menu that highlights the artistry of Italian cooking.
The evening begins with a welcoming wine reception at 6:00 PM, followed by a multi-course seated dinner at 6:45 PM. Guests will enter through the Black Bench Wine Bar and dine on the patio under the open sky.

Dinner features octopus carpaccio, risotto with black truffles, and a classic Florentine T-bone steak. Dessert concludes with cantucci, cherries, and vanilla ice cream alongside Black Bench Moscato d'Asti 2023.
