"Art Side of the Moon" exhibition at Luminary 2026 features collaborations with Remography and Alejandro Glatt
LOS ANGELES - Californer -- Moon-launched art project Gr8ful Gurl will unveil two international artist collaborations
Originally launched through the historic Space Blue Lunaprise mission — which sent the works of 222 artists to the Moon aboard a SpaceX launch — Gr8ful Gurl continues evolving from lunar digital art into collaborative works exploring human emotion, storytelling, and creative ownership in the digital age.
The exhibition is hosted by Scott Page of Pink Floyd and presents works connected to the Golden Mullet project — a global initiative exploring music culture and the future of creative intellectual property.
The evening will also feature rare celebrity artwork connected to Val Kilmer and a first public presentation of original artwork associated with Michael Jackson, along with a live performance by the band ThinkX featuring Scott Page on saxophone.

Curated by Space Blue, the organization behind the Lunaprise mission, the exhibition highlights artists working at the intersection of contemporary art, music culture, and the emerging lunar art movement, where cultural assets launched beyond Earth are becoming part of a new creative economy extending into film, music, and live exhibitions.
During the exhibition, Gr8ful Gurl will unveil two new artist collaborations.
The first collaboration features Alejandro Glatt, the internationally recognized Mexican contemporary artist whose recent works draw inspiration from the legacy of Frida Kahlo. Glatt also participated in the historic Lunaprise mission, sending a papaya to the Moon as part of the cultural payload.
Together, Glatt and Gr8ful Gurl debut an installation titled "JOY," a four-foot papaya sculpture supporting initiatives focused on women and girls' mental health and self-awareness.
The second art piece on display introduces the digital artwork "Primal Happy," marking Gr8ful Gurl's first collaboration with Remography (https://www.remography.com) — Remo Camerota, an award-winning multimedia artist whose work spans photography, film, and contemporary digital art. Camerota has collaborated with cultural icons including Banksy and Shepard Fairey.
