LOS ANGELES - Californer -- If you don't "get" the whole Abraham-Hicks thing this article will be unsatisfying and you will probably want to skip it.

If you align with the Abraham-Hicks teachings what you will read here may offer some valuable insight.

Have you watched the official Abraham Hicks videos on YouTube?

Then you know that most of the people sitting in the hot (love) seat go in front of Esther Hicks (who channels Abraham) with their problems.

Usually, they breakdown into 3 categories:

Money
Love
Health

The challenge is that this possibly once-in-a-lifetime opportunity is wasted spewing out negative energy in most cases.

All this does is to perpetuate the problems, lack, or challenges that they are having.

Breakthrough
The reason that Abraham (through Esther Hicks) tells us to "get happy and stay that way!" is because how we are feeling determines what we will get!

Let me repeat that because it is so important.

How you are feeling determines what will be attracted to you (and manifested).

Dr. Joe Dispenza says it a bit more scientifically:

Through meditation, you can create from the quantum field (vortex)  instead of through matter. You enter the realm of "no-time" with your consciousness. You become "no one" (Clear intention and elevated emotion). This causes space and time to collapse and the "thing" or experience will be drawn towards you.

Of course, we can go back a bit further and get the same instructions simplified from the book of Mark:

Mark  11:24 NIV
Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.

This is sometimes referred to as the "As If" principle. Conduct yourself with the same joy and energy as if the thing, event, relationship, etc. have already happened!
