LAS VEGAS & LOS ANGELES - Californer -- Blu Dream Studios, a minority-owned, female-led production hub based in Las Vegas, proudly announces the addition of acclaimed writer, producer, and actress Michele Cannon to its creative leadership team. Founded by Nesa Kovacs, with Lyndia Lipscomb as partner and writer, Blu Dream Studios is redefining the landscape of emotionally intelligent, visually bold storytelling—centered on women, powered by truth.
Cannon brings decades of experience across theater, film, and television, with credits including The Irishman, Bad Education, and standout performances in New York's Theater For The New City. Her original works—Harlem Slang, About Clarence & Me, and The Unruly One—have earned critical acclaim and festival recognition, including the Beverly Hills International Film Festival, Harlem International Film Festival, and Austin Film Festival.
