DUBLIN, Calif. - Californer -- DUBLIN, Calif. — Mento Labs LLC today announced the launch of ForgeFit, an AI-powered fitness coaching app that delivers comprehensive, personalized health programming to users worldwide.

ForgeFit addresses a fundamental problem in the fitness industry: most people have access to plenty of fitness information but lack a truly personalized plan that adapts to their specific goals, body, lifestyle, and schedule. Generic workout apps and calorie counters fall short. ForgeFit replaces them with a complete, intelligent coaching system built around four pillars: training, nutrition, hydration, and sleep.

At the core of ForgeFit is a conversational AI coach that users can interact with in plain language. Whether asking for guidance, adjusting their program, or logging a meal by simply describing what they ate, the experience feels like talking to a real trainer without the friction of forms or manual data entry.

ForgeFit also features photo-based body composition analysis, using computer vision to track visual progress over time and provide the kind of feedback that keeps users motivated. Smart food recognition allows users to photograph a meal and have it automatically identified, with macros estimated and logged instantly.

The app is backed by a library of more than 7,000 exercises with detailed instructions, muscle targeting information, and equipment variations, ensuring users always have the right movement for their situation regardless of where they train.

ForgeFit is available in 11 languages and is designed from the ground up to serve a global audience.
