Recipe 02: Black Currant & Thyme is rooted in a love of food and cooking and boasts a savory profile. There are vivid notes of citrus on the nose, dried fruit and herbs on the palate, with a nice lingering finish of citrus and peppercorn. When creating this expression they looked at everyday botanicals and understood their flavor profiles in order to deliver a dynamic taste experience. This gin is ideal in a gin and tonic or negroni, and can also be highlighted in cocktails that creatively incorporate citrus, herbs, or spice.
