APPLETON, Wis. - Californer -- After the success of the first virtual roundtable discussion with the National Association of Tax Professionals and Drake Software, the industry experts have teamed up again to offer another free discussion for tax professionals of all levels of experience.
The second "Taxes Today" roundtable will focus heavily on the earned income credit. Other topics of discussion include the newly signed Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, preparer penalties and enrolled agent designation renewal.
To view the second discussion, interested tax professionals simply need to log into or register on NATP's website. They will then be able to access the first and second discussions for free.
"As we've seen over the last few years, it's best to expect the unexpected in preparation for and during tax season," said NATP Executive Director Scott Artman, CPA, CGMA. "Our 'Taxes Today' discussions are a way to do what we can to prepare tax pros for the uncertainty that comes with this industry, but still serve their clients with excellence, knowledge and support, year-round."
