San Jose–based media and wellness initiative offers families, teachers, and coaches a limited-time fitness curriculum to support young children's movement and early physical development.
SAN JOSE, Calif. - Californer -- Exercise Daily Media Lab (EDML), a community-focused digital media and wellness education platform, has released a free, limited-time holiday download of its Kids SoccerFit Curriculum — a playful, structured fitness program designed for children ages 3–9.
The free offering includes two age-specific editions (3–5 and 6–9) featuring beginner soccer skills, physical literacy development, simple nutrition education, and joyful movement routines. The curriculum, typically valued at $29+, is being made available at no cost as part of EDML's commitment to supporting families, educators, and youth coaches during the holiday season.

"Too many communities lack accessible, high-quality physical education tools for young children," said Majid Amjadi, founder of Exercise Daily Media Lab. "SoccerFit was designed to remove barriers and give every family — regardless of income — a simple, fun way to help kids move daily and build early fitness confidence."
The program is also being offered to local teachers, daycare providers, community centers, and youth sports volunteers seeking ready-to-use PE content for winter and spring sessions.
