SAN JOSE, Calif. - Californer -- Exercise Daily Media Lab (EDML), a community-focused digital media and wellness education platform, has released a free, limited-time holiday download of its Kids SoccerFit Curriculum — a playful, structured fitness program designed for children ages 3–9.
The free offering includes two age-specific editions (3–5 and 6–9) featuring beginner soccer skills, physical literacy development, simple nutrition education, and joyful movement routines. The curriculum, typically valued at $29+, is being made available at no cost as part of EDML's commitment to supporting families, educators, and youth coaches during the holiday season.
