The Coveted Coach has Built A Program and Provided Opportunities for Kids and Coaches for Years
LOS ANGELES - Californer -- Ryan Silver has become a household name in West Coast basketball, but his list of accomplishments is a lot longer than most might actually know. The now published author (40-Year Plan; The Life Playbook for Youth Sports) has been in this game for years, starting with coaching the renowned Sierra Canyon program to their first CIF Championship in 2011. That same year he also won California State Coach of the Year.
After this Silver went on to build West Coast Elite which has grown into the largest shoe sponsored basketball program (Under Armour) in America. West Coast Elite has gone on to provide over $140,000,000 in scholarships so far and currently has 7 NBA alumnus including Western Conference Finalist Josh Green of the Dallas Mavericks. He has also been able to build the Elite 100 Camp into one of the top camps in America with over 50 NBA alumnus and counting, and West Coast Elite Basketball into one of the top event operators as well.

Ryan's "Silver Waves Media" Platform has also been one of the standards for athletic directors and college coaches in the job recruitment process for several assistant coaches in college basketball on all levels whether Division I, II, NAIA, and more.
