New feature eliminates spreadsheet-based client workflow reviews, giving firms a full audit trail from requirements capture through client sign-off
SAN FRANCISCO - Californer -- Glossa (glossapro.ai), the AI-powered requirements management platform built for implementation consultancies, today announced the launch of the Glossa Client Portal — a secure, lightweight review environment that allows consultants to share requirements with clients for formal sign-off, without spreadsheets, email threads, or manual reconciliation.
The Client Portal is the final piece of Glossa's end-to-end requirements lifecycle, extending from AI-powered capture through formal client approval.
The Problem: Requirements Sign-Off Still Lives in Spreadsheets
For most SI firms, client review means exporting to a spreadsheet, emailing it, and manually reconciling feedback from reply-all threads and verbal conversations. The result: no version control, no comment history, no auditable record of what was approved. When scope disputes arise — and they do — consultants have nothing to point to.

"The rest of the requirements process has gotten smarter, but the client review step has stayed the same: export a spreadsheet, send an email, and hope for the best," said Ali Meyer, Glossa's CEO. "The client portal closes that gap. From the moment a requirement is captured to the moment a client approves it, everything now lives in one place with a full audit trail."
How It Works
Consultants select requirements from their Glossa workspace and generate a secure magic link for their client. No client account or login is required.
Clients receive an email, click the link, and land in a clean portal view showing their requirements organized by category. They can approve requirements, flag items, and leave comments. All activity is recorded in Glossa with timestamps and contact attribution.
Consultants are notified in real time when clients act. Internal and external comment threads are kept separate. A full audit trail — every send, approval, flag, and comment — lives on each requirement record.
Completing the Requirements Lifecycle
