LOS ANGELES - Californer -- The 2021 National Frozen Yogurt Shop Owner Survey, sponsored by the International Frozen Yogurt Association, will launch on October 12, 2021. The survey is open to anyone who owns a frozen yogurt shop or a business that serves frozen yogurt in the US.
The online survey includes questions about shop performance, satisfaction with suppliers, operational practices, management practices, outlook, etc. The survey results will help froyo shop owners better understand how their shop compares to other shops. This year's results will also be compared to last year's results as well. Owners who take the survey will be able to sign up to receive the survey results.

Coupled with the National Frozen Yogurt Consumer Survey, the shop owner survey results will be used to better understand the overall frozen yogurt market in the United States. IFYA's national frozen yogurt surveys provide a snapshot of the industry from the vantage point of consumers and shop owners.
The anonymous survey takes about 7 minutes to complete and can be found at, https://tinyurl.com/2021froyoowner
The survey will remain open until midnight PST on Sunday, October 31, 2021.
"We strongly encourage all froyo shop owners to participate in our anonymous industry survey. We created the National Frozen Yogurt Shop Owner Survey to provide frozen yogurt shop owners and industry members with industry insights that can't be found elsewhere. This year, we removed a few of the coronavirus questions from 2020 and added important new questions about profitability and pricing. We are eager to see and share the results with others in the frozen yogurt industry," said Susan Linton, President of the International Frozen Yogurt Association.
