KATY, Texas - Californer -- Inframark, an industry-leading applied technology and solutions company, specializing in water and wastewater treatment services throughout the U.S., is pleased to announce the recent acquisition of Phoenix-based Mehall Contracting (Mehall).
Founded in 2008, Mehall is a wastewater management service provider, offering full-spectrum wastewater services, including recurring service, maintenance, repairs, and installations.
Mehall's technical expertise is complementary to Inframark's core municipal water treatment services and supports the expansion of Inframark's ongoing commercial and industrial (C&I) capabilities.
Mehall's C&I client roster, which is the bulk of the firm's customer base, includes numerous blue-chip food and beverage companies, as well as large industrial customers and environmental service clients.
"Mehall's long-term client partnerships and focus areas perfectly align with Inframark's core water and wastewater operations, and the geographic focus within Arizona further bolsters our expanding regional presence. Adding their considerable skillset to our platform offers significant potential to leverage the value of our combined operations across the entirety of Inframark's footprint," said Steve Meininger, Inframark's Chief Executive Officer.
