As a fellow producer of electric skateboards, Rob Rast and the team at Miles Board have proposed an opportunity for those laid off by Boosted Boards and will consider any former Boosted Boards employee for a position with Miles Board.
SAN DIEGO - Californer -- Last week the electric skateboard community was shocked with the news of Boosted employee layoffs. All signs point to the company 'closing up shop' as it plans it's next key move. Boosted was nothing short of a pioneer in the electric skateboard industry, the first company to successfully bring electric skateboards mainstream.
Rob Rast, Founder, and CEO of Miles Board has expressed his deepest sympathy towards the leaders and team members at Boosted. "They led the way for us and so many other skaters who just wanted to go faster. We celebrate the progress Boosted made in the micro-mobility space.
