LOS ANGELES - Californer -- Michael R. Moore, the beloved and world-renowned photographer, died on June 11, 2024, from complications due to a stroke. He was 55 years old.
Born in Dallas and based in Los Angeles, Moore's critically acclaimed, award-winning work was featured in Detour Magazine, Jacamo Magazine, ENDEE Magazine, and Metro Source Magazine. He has shot celebrities like Danny Glover, Tavis Smiley, FOX Soul host Tammi Mac, and more of Hollywood's elite.
"MOZELL valued MICHAEL R. MOORE as a longtime COLLABORATOR and talented member of the group," said Richard Willis, Jr., CEO and executive producer of MOZELL Entertainment Group, in a statement. "Michael exclusively photographed music artist/producer REYN, model/actor Isaac J. Sullivan, and a wide range of on-camera and behind-the-scenes talent for MOZELL film, television, music, theater, and fashion projects. Now, one of my real true close friends is gone.
