Jeffrey Coprich, Sr. Founder of the LA inner City Mass Choir/Unsung Heroes Leadership Foundation, Inc. and Former Cal Bears Football Running back Jeffrey Coprich Jr. share a tragedy of loss.  In 1996 Jeffrey Coprich and six family members were traveling to a church concert in Las Vegas when their car hit a median ditch and flipped over on Interstate 15. Coprich's 7-year-old daughter, Essence, and 2-year-old niece, Dejuanhe Williams, were thrown from the car and killed.

The LA Inner City Mass Choir will pay tribute tonight with songs by Candlelight in honor of those who suffered a loss in yesterday Helicopter Crash in Calabasas, CA. All media is requested to attend.

Jeffrey J. Coprich has provided a positive outlet for the youth of South Los Angeles for 25 years. LAICMC has sung in venues across the nation; performing for presidents, congressional leaders, governors and local officials. The choir has also recorded gospel music with top artists such as Stevie Wonder, Patti La Belle, and performed with Yolanda Adams and Shirley Caesar and many, many others.

They were featured on the second episode of Fix My Choir in the Oxygen Network November 12, 2014.
