According to Mona Clayton, CEO of The Nurses Pub, "Our organization is elated to be able to support veterans and individuals experiencing homelessness by offering free services for the community. Although transmission of the virus is declining, we are seeing individuals that are testing positive for the virus. Our services are free of charge, and our staff are the top of the line in service and testing." Clayton continues, "The purpose for the campaign is to increase awareness of the services that we offer and to be a resource to promote a healthy community."
Clayton states, "The Rock the Sox Campaign will continue until November 18, 2022. Socks are greatly needed, especially during the winter months, and our goal is to be a service for veterans and others in the underserved communities of San Bernardino and the Inland Empire."
Raffle winners will be announced on November 18, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. at the testing site.
