SAN DIEGO - Californer -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Jeffrey D. Morton, Ph.D., a partner in the firm's San Diego and Phoenix offices, has been selected as a Patent Leader in WIPR Leaders 2021. He is the sole patent attorney listed for the State of Arizona.
WIPR Leaders is a guide to the world's top intellectual property lawyers in the areas of patents and trademarks. Stemming from a four-month nomination period in which WIPR sought views from 12,000 IP professionals and vetted every nominated lawyer for suitability by exploring their work. They look at practice history, industry expertise and notable cases, as well as any additional activities, such as writing and teaching responsibilities, which have allowed the lawyers to shape and influence other and future IP practitioners.
Morton has over 15 years of experience representing both start-up and large enterprises for their intellectual property, technology and commercial law needs. He is retained on a regular basis to serve as external IP/technology counsel to companies around the world, and also represents numerous leading international law firms to protect their clients' intellectual property rights in the United States.
