Aldworth brings deep experience reviewing, drafting, and revising commercial real estate loan documents for national automotive companies, managing credit lines and loan transactions totaling over $50 million. She has prepared documents for collateralized and cross‑collateralized financings of equipment, buildings, and property purchases secured by real estate.
Aldworth previously led resolutions to shield lenders from multimillion‑dollar commercial loan defaults and crafted strategies to protect clients' inventory and non‑inventory collateral. She has represented creditors in disputes, secured favorable settlements, and managed restructuring matters, including advising clients on out‑of‑court resolutions.

Aldworth earned her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, and her B.A. in Finance, cum laude, from Michigan State University.
