ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. - Californer -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Herman Enayati has joined the Orange County office as Counsel in the Real Estate practice group.
Enayati is a commercial real estate attorney with nearly 20 years of experience advising sponsors, borrowers, owners, operators, developers, and investors on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financings, and joint ventures. He has particular experience representing clients in borrower-side commercial real estate loans, real estate joint ventures, and value-add and ground-up development projects. Enayati is known for practical, efficient, and business-minded counsel that helps clients execute transactions effectively and navigate issues across the full lifecycle of a real estate asset.
