TCVN to present awards to those who have helped "first-time founders become fundable"
IRVINE, Calif. - Californer -- Rocky™ | Founders Choice Awards by TCVN will be hosted on 12 December 2024 from 5:00pm-9:00pm at OneDigital, home of TCVN. The event, organized by Tech Coast Venture Network™ (TCVN), will kick-off the holiday season by bringing together community members, Founders, and Investors for the first ever Founders Choice Awards™.
The Founders Choice Awards™ aims to celebrate people who have helped TCVN achieve it's mission of helping first-time founders become fundable. "We are asking all members of our community to vote for (5) nominees to be recognized and receive a Rocky Award during the event," said Aaron Klein, TCVN Executive Director. All voting will be hosted on Startup Steroid's Demo Day, the official voting platform of TCVN. Voting will begin at 12:00pm on 1 November 2024 and will end at 11:59pm on 6 December 2024. "It's time we give Founders a voice in recognizing the people who are making an impact within our community" said Tony Crisp, interim President of TCVN.

In the spirit of giving, TCVN's holiday event will feature a toy donation drive to help support The Eli Home, a non-profit organization on a mission to break the cycle of child abuse. "We are excited to partner with TCVN for the second year in a row to help bring the holiday spirit to children in need," said Tami Bradford, Director of Operations at The Eli Home. TCVN encourages all attendees to participate and help make a difference in the lives of children in need this holiday season.
TCVN is excited to announce Founders Flow as the official community co-host of Rocky™ | Founders Choice Awards. Founders Flow is a community of tech founders in Southern California who want to connect, build relationships, and expand their knowledge. "There are countless members of our community who help founders on their journey to funding," said Chi Pham, Founder of Founders Flow, "which is why we are so excited to co-host an event that celebrates these individuals!"
