~ On Tuesday, December 10, Governor Gavin Newsom will continue his 'California Jobs First' tour in Colusa County, focusing on water and infrastructure. The Governor will be joined by local leaders to highlight regional efforts on job creation and economic development.
This stop in Colusa County follows the Governor's recent visits to Fresno, Kern County, and the southern border region. The event is scheduled for approximately 11:20 a.m. and will be livestreamed on the Governor's social media pages as well as available for TV stations through LiveU Matrix.
However, this press event will only be open to credentialed media. Those interested in attending must RSVP by 8 a.m. on December 10 through a provided link. Location information will be given upon confirmation.
In other news, California has recently approved over $100 million for 13 projects across the state that aim to build safer walking and biking routes in disadvantaged communities. This is just one example of the state's commitment to investing in infrastructure projects that will shape its future.
