San Rafael, CA — November 06, 2025 — To better support ongoing corporate growth and further engage its communities, partners, and tenants in the Bay Area, Wareham Development has appointed individuals to two distinct leadership roles: Director of Community Relations and Director of Marketing and Communications.
As Director of Community Relations, Judy Wetterer spearheads Wareham's outreach and philanthropic efforts. A 27-year veteran of the company, Judy's focus is to identify and manage opportunities for community engagement. She coordinates volunteer initiatives and serves as the primary point of contact for public, private, and nonprofit endeavours. Judy will also be involved in the planning of community events.
As Director of Marketing and Communications, Jennifer Barrett oversees Wareham's presence and engagement in the marketplace. With over 20 years of real estate marketing experience, she is responsible for developing and deploying corporate messaging across all media platforms and ensuring alignment with Wareham's strategic positioning. Jennifer directs brand consistency, supports leasing efforts, and amplifies the company's philanthropic initiatives through media and public relations.
