Whizz Systems, Inc Mutually Agrees to Terminate Stock Purchase Agreement

SAN JOSE, Calif. - Californer -- Whizz Systems, Inc.. ("Whizz"), a California corporation, announced today that it has terminated its previously announced Stock Purchase Agreement with Tempo Automation, Inc. ("Tempo"), a Delaware corporation, by mutual agreement of all relevant parties. As a result, Whizz will continue to operate as a stand-alone business.
