RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. - Californer -- Phillip Eugene Walker's sixtieth short film tells the story of his more than a half century of artistic activism.
Exploring his still burning activist fire being first fueled by the 1865 freeing of his American former slave great-great grandfather Allen Brown, to Phillip's embers being stocked by Dr. Carter G. Woodson's 1926 Negro History Week creation, through the youth's eternal flame ignition during PhilE's (stage name) Chicago, IL1968 Morgan Park High School all campus assembly "I Have A Dream" speech, delivered on the morning after Martin Luther King, Jr.'s assassination, this petite motion picture displays the history and path that will allow Mr. Walker to successfully arrive at Black History Month 2022.

With the Film's African American Drama Company producer having performed and instructed live & in-person internationally plus at least twice in every United State during the last 44 years, beginning on the Lunar New Year, the former traveling theatre's traditional Black History Month educational celebrations will be made available to a larger, worldwide following through online streaming program distribution.
Organized 2022 Black History Month celebrations, educational settings, individuals and more are encouraged to share with as many people as possible this potentially history making Documentary. The Production has already won more than 22 awards, including the 24 FPS Film Festival Best Performer of the Year and the International Motion Picture Critics Award Best Historical Film.
Increasing on February 1st, 2022 year-long Inland Empire Films subscriptions are still available for a 50% discounted one-time payment of less than $20.00 US at https://StreamingFilmChannel.com.
