MAGNOLIA, Texas - Californer -- A new 62+ homeownership community is now open in Audubon in Magnolia, offering active adults a different vision for retirement. At Aderra, residents own their homes while a membership includes chef-prepared meals, housekeeping, utilities, lawn care, and other everyday conveniences.

"For many people, the choice has been either stay in a home that's becoming too much to maintain or move into a rental community," said Kip Dornhorst, founder of Aderra. "We created a third option that combines ownership, community, and simplicity."
