SAN FRANCISCO - Californer -- For a limited time, San Francisco artist Nicole Hanusek is giving away free prints from her Intriguing Octopus collection. Art lovers can claim one print (just pay postage and handling) by visiting nicolehanusekart.com/octos. One per person, please.
Nicole has always been fascinated by the intelligence, mystery, and beauty of octopuses. Her colorful, abstract interpretations of these creatures are meant to spark joy, curiosity, and connection in anyone who views them.
"Octopuses are endlessly inspiring," says Hanusek. "They're playful, curious, and unlike anything else in the animal kingdom. My hope is that these prints brighten someone's day, give them a sense of wonder, or simply remind them of the beauty that exists in the world."

The Intriguing Octopus collection blends bold, vibrant colors with flowing watercolor textures, a style Nicole has developed over years of experimentation. Each piece is designed to feel both lively and calming, like watching an octopus glide gracefully through the water.
Nicole, who has given away more than 1,000 free art prints to date, sees these giveaways as part of her mission: making art accessible to anyone who wants it. According to Brenna L, "When this print arrived, I cannot tell you how pleasantly surprised and shocked I was. The print in person was stunning and beautiful. I honestly uttered, 'wow' when I opened it. Highly recommend, great pieces, stunning color use, just beautiful work."
As of August 1st, while supplies last, Nicole is offering complimentary 5" x 7" prints on high-quality paper. Customers are asked only to cover shipping and handling.
