Celebrating Symbolic Roles in Music and Arts While Preserving Organizational Structure
HOLLYWOOD, Calif. - Californer -- Faces of Rap Mothers, a nationally recognized platform advancing women and youth in rap and hip-hop culture, issues this formal clarification regarding its executive leadership, symbolic recognitions, and proprietary communications.

In recent years, the CEO has utilized social media to highlight creative contributors across disciplines such as comedy, dance, fashion, film, and music. These symbolic titles and acknowledgments were celebratory in nature, intended to honor event-based contributions and cultural impact. They were never corporate appointments and did not reflect formal governance roles. In some cases, honorary titles—such as Television Network CEO—were extended in volunteer contexts to support professional development.
To ensure clarity, the Board has resolved that all future symbolic recognitions will follow a standardized format: "Faces of Rap Mothers [Creative Domain] Honorarium." For example, music contributors may be recognized under "Faces of Rap Mothers Music Performance Honorarium." These titles remain non-executive and do not confer fiduciary or operational authority.
The Board further affirms that all official press releases issued by Faces of Rap Mothers are proprietary. These communications are protected intellectual property and may not be reused, reproduced, or redistributed—formally or informally—without written consent issued through a formal instrument by a key benefactor. This policy safeguards brand integrity and ensures all public-facing materials reflect the organization's values and leadership.

As the organization continues to grow, Faces of Rap Mothers expands its reach through four literary series, activity books (via third-party publisher of record), televised programming, and a dynamic portfolio of creative initiatives in comedy, fashion, film, music, and community outreach. These efforts remain grounded in the organization's founding principles: promoting non-violence, celebrating cultural heritage, and empowering youth through artistic expression and mentorship.
NOTE: at no time should any party seek financial compensation from members. Honorariums cannot request money. This LLC operates as a collective of like-minded philanthropic parties. New 2026 stratagems are forthcoming.
