HEMET, Calif. - Californer -- Multi award winning actors Phillip E. Walker-MFA and Johnnie Mae Greene kick-off this month by being available to take Hollywood styled Red Carpet photos with 3rd annual Hemet Film Festival attendees beginning at 11:30am this Saturday, November 1, 2025 at the Historic Hemet Theatre 216 E. Florida Avenue, Hemet, CA 92543 USA. They will be two of the many artists attending this two day event who will be available to the public before and after every short film screening block on both Saturday & Sunday, November 2nd.

These two performers also appear on screen in Hapless Revenge, which has both a local and international flair since the Production was directed & designed by Hemet resident Joshua Lavelle Newman and written by Iranian resident Sasan Golfar.

Being an original Juneteenth tale, this petite motion picture's additional Company members include: CAST ~ Martin Hardlund - Captain, Tommy Anderson - Sargent Major, Savilii Guliaev - Private, Kylee, Kane & Stella Cavanaugh - Master's Children plus Aaris Watkins & Aurene M. Harris - Freed Slave Children.
