SAN DIEGO - Californer -- Autism Society San Diego will host its 2026 Diamond Anniversary Gala, a sparkling evening celebrating 60 years of connection, inclusion, and impact in the San Diego autism community, on Saturday, October 3, 2026. The event will feature inclusive entertainment, powerful community storytelling, and high‑impact fundraising moments supporting lifespan‑based autism programs throughout San Diego County.
Taking place at the Town & Country Resort, the celebration will feature dinner, live musical entertainment, inspiring honoree recognitions, and both live and silent auction items. With the theme "Shine Bright Like a Diamond," the evening will honor the organization's six decades of service while celebrating its present and looking toward a more inclusive future.
"Our Diamond Anniversary is an opportunity to celebrate six decades of connection, advocacy, and community, while looking ahead to a future where every autistic individual and their family feels seen, supported, and included," says Autism Society San Diego Executive Director Teresa Contreras. "We invite the community to join us in celebrating this milestone and helping us shine even brighter for the generations to come."
