The 2025 BOOST Conference, held April 29-May 2 in Palm Springs, CA, will unite over 4,000 educators and youth professionals for over 200 informative workshops, networking & personal development. Keynotes include Priya Parker and Glenn Singleton.
PALM SPRINGS, Calif. - Californer -- The BOOST Conference, held annually at the Palm Springs Convention Center from April 29 to May 2, 2025, will bring together more than 4,000 Pre-K through Higher Ed educators and youth-serving professionals from around the world for enriching learning opportunities, networking, special events, and numerous chances for both personal and professional development.
The conference is hosted by BOOST Collaborative will welcome two fascinating Keynote Speakers at the General Sessions; Priya Parker, Facilitator, Strategic Advisor, and Acclaimed Author of The Art of Gathering, and Glenn Singleton, Author, Thought Leader, Strategist, and Founder of Courageous Conversation®.

Additional professional learning opportunities include Town Hall meetings with national leaders, expert panel sessions, and five Pre-Conference Academies; Building & Strengthening Developmental Relationships with Young People, Foundations in Courageous Conversation®, Learn the Ins-and-Outs of 21st CCLC Cohort 16 RFA, Light Up Hats and Headpieces: STEAM Fashion, and a Staff Wellness movement and healing workshop.
The California AfterSchool Network, Champions® Before and After-School Programs, Elevo, Think Together, and Woodcraft Rangers will serve as Workshop Strand sponsors, presenting their focused workshops throughout the conference. Attendees will experience hands-on learning at the LEGO® Education Maker's Station.
