OXNARD, Calif. - Californer -- Borla Performance Exhausts has launched Cat-Back exhaust systems for the 2024-2026 Ford Mustang Dark Horse. These bolt-on, 50-state legal systems are built from T-304 stainless steel, available in S-Type and ATAK sound levels, and compatible with the factory Active Exhaust system.
System Specifications and Features
Sound Levels
The Dark Horse is available in S-Type and ATAK. The S-Type produces an aggressive tone with refinement at cruise. The ATAK delivers Borla's maximum sound output. Both use Borla's patented multi-core technology to eliminate drone at all driving conditions.
Pipe Diameter and Tip Specifications
The Cat-Back system is a 3" diameter True Dual system with 5" tips. The True Dual configuration provides high flow through independent pipe runs from the headers to the tips. Tip finishes are available in Chrome, Black Chrome, and Carbon Fiber.

Active Exhaust Compatibility
Borla's Dark Horse systems include valves that interface with the factory valve actuators for Active Exhaust-equipped cars. All factory exhaust modes are retained after installation. Owners can switch between exhaust settings the same way they did with the stock system.
Construction and Warranty
All systems are constructed from T-304 austenitic stainless steel. Each system is covered by Borla's Million Mile Warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner.
