ROSEMEAD, Calif. - Californer -- Don Bosco Technical Institute (Bosco Tech) will host its in-person Open House for prospective students and their families on Sunday, November 14. Elementary and middle school students and their families are invited to learn about the school's rigorous academics, advanced technology majors, internship opportunities, and individualized college planning program.
"Open House is a great opportunity to experience all Bosco Tech has to offer," said Principal Jeff Krynen. "Families will discover how the school has earned its reputation as a premier college-preparatory, applied science and engineering-focused high school that places graduates in top universities across the country."
The event, which runs from 12 noon to 4 p.m., will feature three 10-minute welcome sessions beginning at 12:30, 1:30 and 2:30 p.m. The sessions will describe the Tech's unique programs, spotlighting the six applied-science technology majors: Architecture & Construction Engineering (ACE); Biological, Medical & Environmental Technology (BMET); Computer Science & Electrical Engineering (CSEE); Integrated Design, Engineering and Art (IDEA); Media Arts & Technology (MAT); and Materials Science, Engineering & Technology (MSET).
