GLENDALE, Calif., Nov. 4, 2024 ~ California Credit Union and the Los Angeles Boys & Girls Club have joined forces to spread holiday cheer and make a difference in the lives of children this season. The 2024 Holiday Toy Drive, organized by California Credit Union, is calling on community members to participate in this heartwarming initiative.
From now until December 14th, individuals are encouraged to visit any of California Credit Union's branch locations in Los Angeles and Orange Counties and drop off a new, unwrapped toy. These donations will be distributed to children and families during the Los Angeles Boys & Girls Club's annual holiday celebration on December 17th. Toys or gifts suitable for any age up to 17 years old are needed.
According to California Credit Union President/CEO Steve O'Connell, even one gift can make a significant impact on a child's life during the holiday season. He urges community members to add an extra gift to their shopping list and drop it off at any of the credit union's branches. Together, they can bring some much-needed joy and magic to the children in their community.
