SACRAMENTO – Governor Gavin Newsom today announced that he has signed the following bills:
- AB 1113 by Assemblymember Kevin McCarty (D-Sacramento) – California Longitudinal Pupil Achievement Data System: expanded learning opportunity programs.
- AB 1775 by Assemblymember Matt Haney (D-San Francisco) – Cannabis: retail preparation, sale, and consumption of noncannabis food and beverage products. A signing message can be found here.
- AB 1778 by Assemblymember Damon Connolly (D-San Rafael) – Vehicles: electric bicycles.
- AB 2106 by Assemblymember Kevin McCarty (D-Sacramento) – Probation.
- AB 2515 by Assemblymember Diane Papan (D-San Mateo) – Menstrual products: perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).
- AB 2684 by Assemblymember Isaac Bryan (D-Los Angeles) – Safety element: extreme heat.
