Veteran public-company finance executive brings two decades of CFO and operating leadership to the post-quantum cryptography company's board
FREMONT, Calif. - Californer -- PQCrypto, Inc., a Delaware-based company developing quantum-safe security solutions, today announced that Manavendra "Manu" Sial has joined its board of directors, effective June 1, 2026. Sial currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Tenneco, and brings more than two decades of financial leadership experience across public, private-equity-backed, and clean-energy companies to pQcrypto's board.
Sial's appointment adds deep public-company financial governance, capital markets, and scaling experience to PQCrypto's board as the company advances its post-quantum cryptography platform toward broader commercial deployment.
"Manu has built and led finance organizations at some of the most complex public companies in energy and industrials, and he has done it through periods of rapid growth, transformation, and public-market scrutiny," said Amit Tomar, Co-Founder and CTO of PQCrypto. "As we scale PQCrypto and prepare the company for its next phase, his experience with financial discipline, investor relations, and governance at scale will be invaluable to our board and to our team."
