Governor Newsom signs legislation 6.30.26

SACRAMENTO – Governor Gavin Newsom today announced that he has signed the following bills:

AB 1549 by Assemblymember Maggy Krell (D-Sacramento) — Alternative domestic violence program.
AB 1583 by Assemblymember Chris Rogers (D-Santa Rosa) — Criminal procedure: jurisdiction.
AB 1597 by Assemblymember Leticia Castillo (R-Corona) — Notary public: service fees.
AB 1614 by Assemblymember Diane Dixon (R-Newport Beach) — Vehicles: bicycles.
