SACRAMENTO — Governor Gavin Newsom will deliver his State of the State Address before a joint convention of the California Legislature next Wednesday, February 19, 2020.

When: Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at 10:30 a.m.

Where: Assembly Chamber, State Capitol, Sacramento, CA 95814

**NOTE: Media interested in attending the event must be credentialed by the Assembly Speaker's Office. The credential application can be found here and must be returned to Kiara.patton@asm.ca.gov by 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 18, 2020. Credentials will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis by the Speaker's Office and applicants will receive an email after their application is reviewed. Media must present their photo credentials for verification to the Speaker's Office on the morning of the State of the State Address to access the Assembly Chamber. For more information on media credentialing, contact the Assembly Speaker's Office at 916-319-2408. The Governor's remarks will be streamed live on the California Governor Facebook page.
