SACRAMENTO ~ In a recent announcement, it was revealed that President Biden has granted Governor Gavin Newsom's request for a Presidential Major Disaster Declaration in response to the severe storms that hit California in early February. The declaration will provide much-needed support for ongoing recovery efforts in the affected areas, including Butte, Glenn, Los Angeles, Monterey, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Santa Cruz, Sutter and Ventura counties.
