The alliance expands the synergies between both companies to increase service offerings in luxury personal concierge services, 'on-demand' jobs utilizing a referral recruitment process and customized hospitality package with exceptional customer service.

ATLANTA - Californer -- Ascend 2020 was created through a grant from JPMorgan Chase's Small Business Forward initiative. The initiative supports small businesses with the potential to grow, to offer quality employment, and to create economic opportunity for vulnerable populations and their communities. In Atlanta, (where Ms. Phair and Mr. McCritty met to complete their tech products); the grant went to the Morehouse College Entrepreneurship Center and Techsquare Labs, a startup hub with a focus on diversity and inclusion.

Ms. Phair's new tech product ReferAll; streamlines the referral recruitment process and utilized by PEP Travel Group for assisting in hospitality staffing. Ms. Phair is a contributing Board Advisor to BE LUX offering human resource and workforce development consulting to BE LUX mobile app initiatives and the company's current 'on-demand' job growth.
